Review by hotel critic
During my recent retreat at Villa Cha-Cha Salad Beach Koh Phangan, I discovered a culinary haven nestled amidst the tranquil shores of Haad Salad. the restaurant's innovative menus and serene ambiance provided a delightful escape for my taste buds. As I strolled through the resort's lush garden and relaxed on the breezy terrace, I was enticed by the promise of a gastronomic adventure. Each morning, I indulged in a buffet breakfast, where the spread catered to both Western and Asian palates. However, I encountered a minor inconvenience as flies seemed to have a particular affinity for some of the dishes, requiring constant vigilance. Among the various dining options nearby, I frequented My Way Restaurant and Bar, Mandala Cafe, Ying Ying's Kitchen, Buddha Cafe, and Peppercorn. the flavors and aromas of the local cuisine painted a vivid culinary portrait of Koh Phangan, enhancing my cultural immersion experience.
